Adding a phone or tablet to your group

On the new device, open taskr, go to Menu › Join a group and choose Show the code. On a device already in the group, go to Menu › Devices › Add a device and scan that code. A shared device (a tablet on the fridge) works for everyone; a personal one belongs to one person.

Changes aren't showing on another device

Devices sync directly when they can reach each other and through the mailbox when they can't, so a device that was off catches up when it's back. Make sure both devices have an internet connection, and open taskr on the one that's behind. Allow notifications so taskr can update in the background.

Notifications

taskr tells you when a list starts for you or someone gives you a task. If you don't get them, check Settings › Notifications › taskr.

Lists and tasks

• Make a list: Menu › Lists › Add list. Choose who it's for, its steps, and when it starts.
• Start one now, add a task, or make a quick list: Create tasks on Today.
• Delete a task or list: swipe it left (or use the VoiceOver action).

Money

Each person's money is set up on their page in Menu › People. To hide money for the whole group, turn it off in the Menu; nothing is deleted.

Accessibility

taskr supports VoiceOver, Voice Control, larger text, Dark Mode, Increase Contrast and Reduce Motion.
